Tomoyuki Ogawa - HRC CLUB MITANI - had another good ride this weekend in round five of the Japanese championship taking his third consecutive victory of the season. Runner-up on the day, Scorpa’s Kenichi Kuroyama only managed to come close to Ogawa in the third lap, but his two other laps were not good enough to avoid another defeat. In the championship Kuroyama still leads but only has a three point advantage on Ogawa with three rounds remaining.
