Jitsie announces a new agreement that will see Polish rider Tadeusz Blazusiak wear the T1 trials gear in next year’s World indoor and outdoor trials championship. The 23 year old from Kraków in Poland will be riding for the factory Scorpa team using their new four-stroke trials bike and will initially be working with Jitsie for the 2007 season with an option for the 2008 season.
Talking about his new relationship, Blazusiak commented: “getting the deal together with Jitsie is really fantastic. Their gear looks and feels fantastic, it reflects the passion they have for trials, it is a young fresh brand with some cool guys running it and I feel really proud being one of their riders in the WTC next season”.
Jan Cardinaels, founder and owner of the Jitsie brand, comments: “We are really looking forward to working with Taddy this coming season. Having a leading rider in the World championship class is an exciting move for us in 2007 as we continue our focus on promoting the Jitsie brand all over the World. The World indoor and outdoor championships attract a worldwide audience, so the opportunity to work with Taddy allows us to project Jitsie on to a broader scale worldwide”.
“Furthermore, getting a World class rider in the World trials championship was important for us because we want to show to our distributors and dealers all over the World our commitment to continously promote the Jitsie brand. Taddy is a rider who fits in with our brand image and the direction we are taking. We have had many approaches and Taddy was a perfect choice for us. He’s extremely committed to the sport and very professional to work with.”
Tadeusz will make his first official competitive outing with the Jitsie T1 trials gear at the first round of the 2007’ World indoor championship.
